Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Test Lead to ensure the quality and successful delivery of Fusion ERP implementations. You will test finance, procurement, data conversion, and integrations while coordinating with ERP consultants, partners, and offshore teams.

The role leads SIT/UAT and validation cycles, owns data migration testing, and partners with risk/compliance for SoD controls. Hybrid work with onsite presence in Seattle, WA is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Quality Engineering/QA or ERP testing experience.
• 6+ years leading functional testing for Oracle ERP or Oracle Financials.
• Experience owning testing for an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials processes (GL, Subledger, Period Close, P2P).
• Experience with end-to-end test design and data migration testing.
• Ability to lead offshore testing teams and manage defects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end test scenarios from COA to ERP configurations.
• Lead SIT, End-to-End Testing, UAT, and release validation cycles.
• Own ERP integration testing across finance, procurement, and data platforms.
• Validate data conversion/migration scenarios and reconciliations.
• Coordinate UAT sessions and manage defect tracking and resolutions.
• Drive triage with consultants and partners; enable automation-ready testing.
