Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle Services Apps Tech Manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions across Oracle Cloud investments. You will work with senior clients to define reporting strategies and architect modern data platforms.

You will guide engagements across ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, and other enterprise apps, managing distributed teams, driving governance, and enabling digital transformation for diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4 - 6 years of technology consulting delivering enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions, data and analytics platforms.
• 4 - 6 years delivering enterprise reporting strategies across Oracle ERP and other systems.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, BI platforms, and cloud data integration.
• 4+ years leading Oracle cloud-based analytics and reporting engagements across global teams.
• Extensive experience with data extraction and reporting architectures across Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, CX.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Oracle AI Data Platform engagements from strategy through implementation and support.
• Advise clients on enterprise reporting strategies, analytics operating models, data governance, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud-based data, reporting and analytics architectures supporting Oracle ERP and other enterprise apps.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution workshops, architecture reviews, testing, and deployments.
• Develop roadmaps for reporting and analytics aligned with client objectives and digital transformation.
• Manage distributed project teams while ensuring quality, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Translate business requirements into AI, data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Drive client relationships and act as trusted advisor to business/tech stakeholders.
• Support business development, including proposals, demonstrations, workshops, and exec presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaborative environment.
