Job summary

remoteo is seeking an Applications Support Analyst to support Oracle Fusion Cloud and other Oracle Enterprise Applications. The role blends incident resolution, business liaison and long-term platform evolution within a multinational environment.

You will work in an ongoing Oracle implementation and then in steady-state support, ensuring secure access, performance and user satisfaction across international users.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as an Application Support Analyst or similar role with user interactions.
• Two years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud; or one year Fusion Cloud plus Oracle E-Business Suite experience.
• Experience across multiple Oracle modules (implementation, consulting or support).

Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyze and resolve incidents and requests related to enterprise applications.
• Provide functional support across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve incidents promptly.
• Manage escalations and follow issues through to resolution.
• Adhere to SLAs and align with business priorities.
