Job summary

Infosys Oracle unit seeks a Technology Consultant 3 to lead large Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations. You will drive business requirements, designs, testing strategies, and deployment plans while coordinating with offshore teams and clients.

You’ll guide project schedules, risk management, and solution delivery across multi‑year programs, ensuring quality and timely outcomes. Global travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Responsibilities

• Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements from workshops with client stakeholders.
• Craft high- and low-level software designs and validate through prototypes.
• Develop complex software applications and establish coding standards with the development team.
• Create and guide comprehensive testing strategies aligned with requirements.
• Guide technical implementation of system infrastructure and new software applications.
• Ensure consistent system rollouts and minimize disruptions.
• Analyse incident trends and propose sustainable solutions with monitoring.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Develop knowledge bases to capture vital information.
• Contribute to tool selection and technology roadmap development.
