Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Technology Consultant 3 to lead ERP implementation lifecycle activities, architect scalable solutions, and drive delivery for Oracle Cloud Financials. The role involves close collaboration with clients, offshore teams, and partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

You will guide requirements, designs, testing, and rollout strategies while promoting best practices, governance, and innovation across engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in 2 full life cycles of ERP implementations and rollout.
• Experience of functional/technical leadership in ERP programs.
• Experience in maintenance and production Support process - Steady state.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AP & AR).
• Experience in project planning and execution.
• Certified Project Management Professional.

Responsibilities

• Create business requirement documents from workshops/interviews with client stakeholders.
• Craft high- and low-level software designs, validate through prototypes, and incorporate feedback to optimize functionality.
• Develop critical and complex software applications and guide coding standards with the development team.
• Create and guide the execution of comprehensive testing strategies, in conformance with requirements.
• Guide the technical implementation of system infrastructure and introduction of new software applications.
• Ensure consistent system rollouts by orchestrating transitions and minimizing disruptions.
• Analyze incident trends to identify root causes and propose sustainable solutions.
• Provide specialized insights and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Establish and uphold knowledge bases to ensure vital information is recorded and available.
• Contribute to tool selection by collaborating with architects and evaluating new technologies.
• Contribute to technical implementation roadmaps based on client needs.
• Contribute to proposals and RFPs by delivering development insights.
