Accenture Federal Services in Washington, DC seeks an Oracle Cloud Procurement Lead to drive strategy, design, implementation, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement across complex federal programs. This role serves as the primary functional lead for Procure-to-Pay, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable end-to-end Procure-to-Pay solutions.

• Extensive experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), supplier management, sourcing, and contracts.
• Hands-on configuration experience with Oracle Fusion modules.
• Experience across the full Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the functional design and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and translate business needs into future-state procurement processes.
• Configure and implement Oracle Procurement modules: Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, Contracts.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Projects, Analytics, and other teams.
• Partner with technical teams to support integrations, security, reporting, and extensions.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover planning, and go-live support.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide strategic recommendations.
