Job summary

Concept Plus seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Specialist to lead and support Oracle Cloud HCM module implementations, migrations, and ongoing configuration for multiple clients. The role requires extensive requirements gathering, process design workshops, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.

You will train and mentor junior staff, perform testing and end-user training, and stay updated on Oracle Cloud Financials updates while supporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience providing managerial and administrative direction for complex systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Cloud migration or implementation.
• Experience in gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analyses, and leading design workshops.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• US Citizen; must pass background investigation for a Public Trust role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
• Configure and customize Oracle Cloud HCM to meet business requirements.
• Act as primary contact for application issues and provide troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Cloud HCM with other systems.
• Train and mentor junior team members in Oracle Cloud HCM best practices.
• Lead system testing and end-user training.
• Provide support to end-users and stay current with Oracle Cloud Financials updates.
• Support business development efforts with technical/functional insights.
