• The consultant must have 5-7 years of experience in implementing Oracle fusion B2B Service Cloud
• Must be experienced in all the phases of implementation ie Analysis Design Development Implementation Testing and training
• Should have worked on Service request management Knowledge management
• Good knowledge in groovy script
• Expertise in configuring and customizing objects fields layouts and validations Object Workflows
• Knowledge on Contract and assets management
• Knowledge in OTBI reporting
• Should have worked on integrations
• Must have worked in Client facing roles and should have good communication skills
