Job summary

Tallgrass MLP Operations, LLC is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (Finance) to support administration and enhancements of Oracle EPM and Fusion ERP systems. You will partner with Finance and other teams to gather requirements, drive improvements, and deliver solutions that boost automation, accuracy, and efficiency.

The role focuses on supporting financial reporting, planning, close, and reconciliation using Oracle EPM and ERP technologies, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and problem

• Experience in gathering business requirements and documenting processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain working knowledge of Oracle EPM and Fusion ERP modules (FCCS, PBCS, GL, AP, AR).
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Provide first-level support and coordinate with Oracle or external consultants as needed.
• Assist with testing, validation, and documentation of system updates and enhancements.
