Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Applications Reporting Specialist with expertise across GL, AR, AP, Projects, Payroll, Expenses, and HR modules. The ideal candidate is not just a technical SQL developer but someone who can combine technical proficiency with a strong understanding of business processes and cross-application integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize complex reports using OBIEE SQL and BI Publisher (BIP).
• Understand how different Oracle applications (GL, AR, AP, Projects, Payroll, Expenses, HR) fit together from a business perspective.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions by creating cross-functional reports that connect multiple subject areas.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure reporting solutions align with business operations.
• Continuously explore and adopt new approaches to coding and reporting for efficiency and scalability.

Requirements:

• Strong SQL development skills with proven experience in OBIEE SQL and BIP report development.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite / Oracle Fusion across Finance and HR modules.
• Solid understanding of how transactional data flows between modules and impacts business processes.
• Ability to think beyond technical development—understanding business context, usage, and outcomes.
