Job Summary

We are hiring a technical Oracle Fusion ERP Order to Cash Consultant with hands-on experience in supporting and enhancing modules like Order Management, Contract Management, Project Management, and Accounts Receivables. The role focuses heavily on technical integration, custom development, and support—not functional configuration.

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion ERP – Order to Cash modules
Diagnose and resolve O2C-related system issues and interface errors
Design and implement integrations via OIC and ATP
Customize workflows and dashboards using OTBI and PL/SQL
Analyze Oracle quarterly patches and perform system regression testing
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities
Work in coordination with offshore teams to support 24/7 delivery

Must-Have Skills

10+ years of ERP experience; 5+ in Oracle Fusion O2C modules (Project Mgmt, Order Mgmt, AR, Contracts)
Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, OTBI, APIs, OIC, and ATP
Familiarity with end-to-end Order to Cash processes
Strong testing, troubleshooting, and integration capabilities
Oracle certifications in relevant modules are a bonus
Good communication and offshore collaboration experience
