Job summary

The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess at least 6 years of experience in application support, with expertise in Oracle Financials and incident management through platforms like ServiceNow. This position is critical to the client's shared service operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of related experience in advanced application support.
• Demonstrated experience leading escalation management and a support team.
• Ability to pass a federal background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Tier 2 team in resolving complex issues across Oracle Federal Financials.
• Manage incidents assigned to the Tier 2 group in ServiceNow.
• Produce the Tier 2 backlog report and priority ticket report.
