Arrow Electronics is seeking an Oracle ERP Techno‑Functional Analyst to join a collaborative production support team. You will help keep our Oracle Supply Chain systems stable, reliable, and continuously improving while partnering with business users and IT teams.

Key responsibilities include production support, problem analysis, and delivering system enhancements with strong team collaboration. The role emphasizes mentoring, knowledge sharing, and contributing to a robust support culture.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree, or 3 years with an advanced degree
• Experience designing and developing software solutions through full SDLC, including testing and auditing
• Ability to execute, troubleshoot, and document software programs
• Experience coding and documenting software specifications; participate in upgrades and patches

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for the Oracle Supply Chain Suite ERP while partnering with business users and IT teams to resolve issues
• Collaborate with functional leads, developers, and support peers to analyze problems, coordinate fixes, and deliver system enhancements
• Act as a trusted team resource - sharing knowledge and mentoring less‑experienced colleagues
• Participate in incident reviews and problem‑solving sessions to drive high‑quality support outcomes
• Use SQL and data analysis to support root cause analysis and inform decisions
• Contribute ideas and best practices to improve processes and reduce recurring issues
