Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks an Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Analyst to keep our Oracle Supply Chain Suite ERP stable and continuously improving. You’ll work with analysts, developers, and business partners to troubleshoot issues, deliver enhancements, and support business needs.

The role blends hands-on production support with techno-functional expertise, emphasizing knowledge-sharing and collaboration across teams to solve problems and drive reliable system performance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
• Designs and develops software solutions to meet business requirements and manages full SDLC including testing and auditing.
• Execute, assess, and troubleshoot software programs and applications; analyze and amend software errors.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for the Oracle Supply Chain Suite ERP while partnering with business users and IT teams.
• Collaborate with functional leads, developers, and support peers to analyze problems, coordinate fixes, and deliver enhancements.
• Mentor less-experienced colleagues and contribute to a strong team culture.
• Participate in incident reviews and problem-solving sessions to drive high-quality support.
• Use SQL and data analysis to support root cause analysis and inform team decisions.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and reduce recurring issues.
