Job summary

M&S Consulting in Pasadena, CA seeks a senior Oracle ERP/Business Analyst to lead requirements and ERP configurations for manufacturing and projects. You will map current and future processes and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity across P2P, O2C, and costing modules; onsite role.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Oracle R12.x experience, strong analytical skills, and experience with costing, reporting, and ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of functional Oracle R12.2.X eBS experience.
• Hands-on ERP configuration, including Auto Accounting, SLA rules, WIP, and GL data transfer.
• Experience with costing, BOM, routing, variance analysis, and overhead absorption.
• Strong business analysis, process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise System Analyst leads and stakeholders to review, refine, and document business requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and deliver clear, actionable solution options.
• Map and document current-state and future-state business processes.
• Recommend Oracle eBS configuration updates that support future operational needs.
• Support functional design development and ensure alignment with approved requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process and system changes.
• Support functional testing and user training activities.
• Document functional designs, workflows, and any approved enhancements or process adjustments.
• Assist in resolving functional issues and guiding stakeholders through incident closure.
• Provide bi-weekly functional status reporting.
