Job summary

M&R Printing Equipment, Inc. is seeking an ERP Systems Specialist to support Oracle E‑Business Suite in a Roselle, IL environment. You will handle module support, configurations, and releases, collaborating with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other teams to optimize processes and ensure SOX‑compliant controls.

Strong Oracle 12c experience and ITIL practices are essential. Responsibilities include security, testing, vendor coordination, documentation, and continuous process improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years enterprise systems administration support
• Experience working with Oracle Database 12c or similar systems in production environments
• Strong understanding of high availability architecture and BCDR planning
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Module Support: Support core functional areas within Oracle E‑Business Suite (e.g., Financials, SCM, Manufacturing)
• Configuration & Enhancements: application setups, flex fields, workflow customizations, and personalization requests
• Release & Patch Coordination: coordinate with QA and infrastructure teams for patch sets and feature rollouts
• Requirements Gathering: translate workflows and reporting needs into functional specs
• Continuous Optimization: streamline business processes and drive user adoption
• Cross-Functional Liaison: collaborate with stakeholders to resolve roadblocks
• Access & Security Controls: RBAC and SoD in compliance with internal controls
• Testing Support: author UAT scripts and validation procedures
• Vendor & Integrator Collaboration: work with third-party partners and vendors
• Change control, release management and production deployments in ITIL context
• Documentation: maintain architecture diagrams and operating procedures
• Root cause analysis and corrective actions for production incidents
• Collaborative, process-improvement mindset and detail-oriented work
