Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Business Systems Administrator in Charlotte, NC, to own and optimize Oracle ERP environments across manufacturing and distribution operations. You will collaborate with IT, operations, and vendors to ensure reliable, secure systems and drive process improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years supporting ERP or major business applications, with experience administering Oracle ERP environments.
- Strong SQL and reporting experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing and distribution operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary administrator for Oracle R12 and ePS Radius, managing configuration, security, upgrades, and integrations.
- Support manufacturing operations (estimating, planning, purchasing, scheduling, shop floor) and troubleshoot related system issues.
- Identify and drive business process improvements, including automation and documentation.
- Provide tiered application support (Tier 1-3) and deliver user training.
- Support data integrity, reporting, and master data governance, including Power BI integration.
