Job summary

M&R is seeking an ERP Systems Specialist to support Oracle E-Business Suite in a Roselle, IL environment. You will configure modules, assist with patches, and align Oracle features with enterprise goals while working with Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams.

The role requires 4+ years of ERP/support experience, Oracle 12c knowledge, strong problem-solving, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree and SOX/compliance awareness are expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years enterprise systems administration support.
• Experience with Oracle Database 12c in production environments.
• High availability architecture and BCDR planning.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• SOX/compliance awareness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide application & functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, Manufacturing).
• Coordinate configuration, enhancements, and patch testing with QA and infrastructure teams.
• Translate business requirements into functional system specifications.
• Support change control, release management, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with vendors and integrators; ensure data integrity and security controls.
• Create and maintain documentation and architecture diagrams.
