The Doyle Group is partnering with a global company on a high-visibility Oracle implementation tied to a major finance-focused transformation. We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager who can own delivery end‑to‑end and help land a firm go‑live date, with strong extension potential beyond the initial contract.

You will own the project budget, manage scope and changes, and coordinate with business, IT, and a business process team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT project management experience, including leading Oracle ERP implementations.
• Proven track record owning project financials: budget tracking, burn rate, forecast vs actuals.
• Hands-on SIT/UAT coordination and go-live readiness.
• Strong requirements and change management skills; BA experience is a plus.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and staying calm when requirements aren’t locked down.
• Ability to work onsite in the Denver office.

Responsibilities

• Own the project budget at the program and project level, tracking burn and forecast vs actuals.
• Manage scope and change control, assess new requirements against cost and timeline.
• Act as liaison between business teams, IT, and process teams to drive discussions.
• Coordinate UAT with the business, track testing progress, and raise risks early.
• Manage third‑party vendors and consultants, ensuring cost and delivery accountability.
• Provide regular updates to senior IT and business leadership across NA, EMEA, and APAC.
