- Denver, CO (Onsite) | Contract, initial 3-4 months with strong extension potential (1+ year)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
The Doyle Group is partnering with a global company on a high-visibility Oracle implementation tied to a major finance-focused transformation. We're looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager who can step in quickly, own delivery end to end, and help land a firm go-live date, with a strong chance to stay on through the next phase into next year.
What you'll do
- Own the project budget at both the program and project level, tracking burn across internal and consulting resources and keeping monthly spend close to forecast
- Manage scope and change control, assessing new requirements against cost and timeline and bringing the tough calls to leadership
- Act as the liaison between business teams, IT, and a business process team, driving discussions and clarifying requirements
- Coordinate UAT with the business, track and report testing progress, understand what's driving the numbers, and raise risks early
- Manage third-party vendors and consultants, holding them accountable on cost and delivery
- Provide regular updates to senior IT and business leadership across North America, EMEA, and APAC
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of IT project management experience, including leading Oracle ERP implementations (Oracle expertise not required, but you've led Oracle projects)
- A proven track record of owning project financials: budget tracking, burn rate, and forecast versus actuals
- Hands-on experience with SIT/UAT coordination and go-live readiness
- Strong requirements and change management skills; BA experience is a big plus
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, staying calm and flexible when requirements aren't fully locked down
- Ability to work onsite in the Denver office
Nice to have
- Experience on finance transformation, business unit, or legal entity restructuring projects
