Job summary

WellSpan Health is seeking a Senior Director-Oracle Technology to lead the vision, delivery, and optimization of its Oracle ERP ecosystem across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and integration platforms. The role requires steering platform modernization, governance, and data strategy while partnering with cloud transformation teams to ensure reliability and scalability.

The candidate will manage a cross-functional team of technical and functional leads, drive automation, and align ERP initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field is required
Master's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
10+ years leading ERP technology teams, with at least 5 years on Oracle Cloud ERP
Expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud (Finance, SCM, HCM, Payroll), OIC, OTBI/BICC/FRS, cloud hosting
Experience managing vendor relationships, AMS partners, and complex RFP/SOWs
Experience implementing or overseeing Oracle Healthcare Industry Cloud (HIC) preferred
Healthcare IT operations, clinical/financial workflows, or regulatory environments preferred
ITIL, PMP, Lean/Six Sigma, or cloud certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

Owns the enterprise ERP Technology strategy, roadmap, and operating model aligned to WellSpan Health’s 2030 vision
Provides executive leadership for ERP modernization, platform standardization, and technical debt reduction
Establishes engineering best practices, DevOps/automation standards, and scalable delivery processes
Oversees architecture, engineering, integration, configuration, and management of the full Oracle ERP ecosystem
Ensures high availability, performance, and reliability across production and non-production environments
Directs platform upgrades, patching strategies, regression testing, release management, and environment management
Partners with CloudOps and SRE teams to build a resilient cloud infrastructure foundation for ERP workloads
Leads design and optimization of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Collaborates on data governance, lineage, quality, and stewardship standards
Drives automation of business processes
Represents ERP technology in executive forums, Steering Committees, and strategic planning sessions
Builds partnerships with Oracle, AMS partners, systems integrators, and internal engineering teams
Evangelizes modern ERP practices, cloud capabilities, and a data-centric operating model
