TaylorMade Golf Company seeks a Senior Director, Enterprise Applications to own the global Oracle Enterprise Solutions portfolio, including MDM, ERP, and Supply Chain Planning. You will set strategy, roadmap, and operating model across regions, partnering with business leadership to drive growth and modernization.

The role requires seasoned enterprise leadership, executive influence, and a track record of delivering scalable Oracle platforms with governance and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business.
• 12+ years of IT leadership experience focused on ERP and enterprise applications.
• 8+ years leading global teams and ERP programs across multiple regions.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud experience a plus.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders and align competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Oracle Enterprise Solutions strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
• Own budgets, contracts, and SLAs; drive cost optimization and vendor performance.
• Define governance for system availability, security, and data integrity.
• Partner with business leadership to align IT investments with business strategy.
• Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and results to executive leadership.
