Ernst & Young U.S. LLP seeks an experienced FSO - Cons - Tech Cons - Tech - Pltfrms - Fin Mgmt - Oracle ERP Manager to design and deploy ERP solutions for finance teams.

You’ll manage multi-disciplinary teams, translate business needs into Oracle configurations, and drive client success across the ERP lifecycle. The role requires 5+ years in MIS/CS/Engineering/Business/Accounting with hands-on Oracle ERP experience, frequent travel (up to 80%), and a client-focused PMO mindset.

Formación

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate work experience.
• Alternative: Master’s degree in MIS/CS/Engineering/Business/Accounting/Finance or related field with 4 years of related work experience.
• Must have 3 years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle technologies (Cloud ERP, PeopleSoft, and/or FAH).
• Must have 3 years of experience in Oracle/Finance consulting for financial services clients.
• Must have 3 years of architecture, design, data mapping, PMO, and transformation experience.
• Must have 3 years of project experience with Oracle technologies in finance, BI, data warehousing, and integrations.
• Must have 3 years of system implementation experience with Oracle Financial Applications (GL, AP, AR, etc.).
• Must have 2 years of translating business requirements into end-to-end Oracle-enabled solutions.
• Must have 3 years of project management experience.
• Must have 2 years of technical writing and client presentations.
• Travel up to 80% (5% international) required.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and deploy technology solutions for Oracle ERP to support finance operations.
• Lead global teams; manage scope, timing, resources and project plans.
• Translate client needs into Oracle module configurations and integrations.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and develop business opportunities.
