Job summary

Talent Groups seeks an Enterprise Support Specialist II to provide Tier 2 support for Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM/HCM and related platforms. You will troubleshoot issues, support integrations, and ensure performance and reliability across enterprise systems.

You will collaborate with DB engineers, developers, and business users, drive patching cycles and change management, and mentor Tier 1 staff while continuously improving processes and system configurations.

Qualifications

• Provide Tier 2 support for enterprise systems including Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM/HCM.
• Lead patching cycles, regression testing, and change management processes.
• Mentor Tier 1 staff and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for enterprise systems, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalation.
• Monitor system performance and ensure operational reliability across Oracle Fusion, WMS, and related platforms.
• Support system integrations, APIs, and data flows with developers and DB engineers.
• Lead change management, version control, and quarterly patching cycles with QA/UAT testing.
