Job summary

Onto Innovation seeks an ERP Functional Analyst to support and enhance Oracle ERP for end-to-end supply chain planning and execution. You will help ensure stable production operations, support analytic reporting, and drive improvements across procurement, inventory, fulfillment, and logistics.

The role requires handling large transactional data volumes, supporting reports, dashboards, incidents, and enhancement initiatives, with strong data analysis and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Oracle ERP supply chain and logistics processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs.
• Experience configuring and deploying enhancements aligned to business priorities.
• Experience handling large transactional data volumes.
• Strong data analysis and reporting support experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle ERP supply chain and logistics processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs.
• Configure and deploy enhancements aligned to business priorities.
• Provide day-to-day production support.
• Resolve incidents and coordinate fixes with technical teams.
• Support system upgrades and releases.
• Analyze inventory, order, and logistics data at scale.
