Onto Innovation seeks an ERP Functional Analyst to support and enhance Oracle ERP for end-to-end supply chain planning and execution. You will help ensure stable production operations, support analytic reporting, and drive improvements across procurement, inventory, fulfillment, and logistics.
The role requires handling large transactional data volumes, supporting reports, dashboards, incidents, and enhancement initiatives, with strong data analysis and stakeholder management skills.

The ERP Functional Analyst,Supply Chain and Logisticsis responsible forsupporting and enhancing Oracle ERP solutions that enableend-to-endsupply chain planning and execution. The role ensures stable production operations, supports analytic reporting, and drives continuous improvements across procurement, inventory, fulfillment, andlogistics.
This position requires deep experience handling large transactional data volumes , as well as supporting reports, dashboards, incidents, and enhancement initiatives.
Support Oracle ERP supply chain andlogisticsprocesses
Translate business requirements into functional designs
Configure and deploy enhancements aligned to business priorities
Provide day-to-day production support
Resolve incidents and coordinate fixes with technical teams
Support system upgrades and releases
Analyze inventory, order, andlogisticsdata at scale
Support development and validation of:
Supply chain performance dashboards
Inventory and fulfillment reports
Validate data using SQL/PL/SQL in partnership with technical teams
Identifyefficiency and cost-reduction opportunities
Support period-end close and inventory reconciliation
Improve data visibility and decision-making capabilities

Base Salary Range:
$128,000.00 - $192,000.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.
