Knowles Corporation seeks an Oracle ERP Supply Chain Business Analyst to bridge business operations and technical resources, focusing on Oracle ERP SCM modules to drive efficiency and growth for a mid-sized manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate combines 8–10 years of hands-on Oracle experience with strong data analysis skills, Lean acumen, and the ability to translate business needs into robust technical specifications and automated reporting. Proactive collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of Oracle ERP applications support and implementation.
• Deep functional expertise with Oracle Inventory, Shipping, MSCA, Purchasing, and Inventory Management.
• Participated in at least 2 full life-cycle Oracle ERP implementations as a functional lead or business analyst.
• Lean manufacturing concepts and data-driven decision making applied to ERP improvements.

Responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into actionable system requirements and functional solutions.
• Provide recommendations to address and optimize manufacturing operations.
• Apply Lean methodologies to analyze workflows and reduce defects through ERP optimization.
• Perform production support for Oracle SCM modules: Inventory, Shipping, MSCA, Purchasing.
• Develop FSDs, testing criteria, and validation matrices; lead AIM-driven projects.
