Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Oracle EPM Team Lead to design, develop, and support enterprise planning solutions (EPBCS/Hyperion Planning). You will lead end-to-end planning cycles, implement driver-based models, and drive governance and security across the planning landscape.

You will apply Groovy scripting, Calculation Manager, and Groovy APIs to optimize calculations and automate workflows. Strong collaboration with finance stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of Oracle EPM Planning (EPBCS/Hyperion Planning) experience.
• Strong expertise in Calculation Manager and Groovy scripting.
• Hands-on with Smart View, Task Manager, Business Rules, and EPM Automate.
• Proven data integration experience (FDMEE/ODI/Data Management).
• Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support enterprise planning solutions.
• Lead planning cycles with driver-based planning and version control.
• Automate processes using EPM Automate and REST APIs.
• Integrate planning data with ERP and consolidation systems.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Smart View and EPM tools.
• Ensure data integrity, validation, and governance compliance.
• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to translate requirements.
