EY is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM specialist to lead Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and FDMEE workloads in a global, cross‑location team. Qualifications

• 13+ years hands-on experience with Oracle EPM including Hyperion Planning, Essbase, FDMEE.
• Experience with Oracle EPM 11.1.2.x and Hyperion Financial Reports.
• Expertise in Essbase outline design, Calc scripts, MaxL, reports, and ASO/BSO.
• Proficient with Hyperion Forms, Task Lists, menus, and smart lists.
• Knowledge of migrations to prod/non-prod environments and global deployments.
• Solid finance/accounting understanding and budgeting/forecasting processes.
• Experience automating pipelines with epmautomate, CLI and MAXL.
• Strong scripting: Groovy/Java; Excel Smart View VBA; Essbase API.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical systems within EY standards.
• Maintain communication across the team and leadership; escalate issues as needed.
• Produce high-quality engineering deliverables on project timelines.
• Build and evaluate a project to detailed design specs.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance to engineering staff.
• Lead a team of developers across multiple locations/time zones.
• Ensure adherence to architectural principles and global product guidelines.
• Support transition to production with documentation and training.
• Collaborate with Application Engineering to align strategic goals.
