Job summary

EY is seeking a senior Oracle EPM Engineer to drive global Hyperion/EPM initiatives. The role focuses on translating requirements into detailed technical specifications and delivering high-quality engineering work across teams.

Ideal candidates have deep Essbase and FDMEE expertise, with strong scripting and automation skills, and a track record of leading multi-location teams. This role is based in the US with ET business hours.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of Oracle Cloud EPM experience including OCI IaaS/PaaS, Essbase, and EPM Cloud.
• Expert with Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.x, FDMEE, and Hyperion Financial Reporting.
• Deep understanding of multidimensional concepts and large Essbase deployments.
• Expert in Essbase: outline, Calc, MaxL, ASO/BSO; familiar with epmautomate, REST API, Groovy/Java.
• Experience creating pipelines and batch scripts for scheduling and automation.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and designs into technical specifications.
• Maintain effective communication within the team and with leadership.
• Produce high-quality application engineering deliverables on schedule.
• Build and evaluate projects to detailed design specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and lead developers across locations/time zones.
