Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
• 2-5 years of experience supporting Oracle financial systems, including Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Fusion EPM, Oracle EBS Financials, Hyperion, or related Oracle technologies.
• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, upgrades, enhancements, or ongoing administration preferred.
• Ability to gather business requirements, document processes, support testing activities, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint.
• Working knowledge of accounting and financial processes, including financial close, reporting, planning, and reconciliation.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours as needed.
• Must clear a drug screen and complete a background check, including credit report for certain positions, after offer and before employment.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of Oracle EPM modules, including FCCS, PBCS, ARCS, and EDM
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP modules including General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Projects, and Expense
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for enhancements, reporting, and process improvements
• Translate business requirements into system solutions and communicate technical concepts to users
• Build relationships with stakeholders, process owners, system users, and IT partners
• Prioritize and track enhancements, issues, and change requests
• Support administration, maintenance, optimization, and first-level support of Oracle EPM and Fusion ERP applications
• Monitor data integrations, manage user access and security, and support configuration activities
• Support testing and validation of updates, patches, enhancements, and user acceptance testing
• Work with stakeholders, IT teams, developers, and consultants on improvements and implementations
• Track project tasks, issues, and action items
• Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, user guides, workflows, and controls
• Support end-user training and knowledge-sharing activities
• Promote adherence to internal controls, policies, and compliance requirements
