Tallgrass MLP Operations, LLC is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support Oracle EPM and Oracle Fusion ERP within the Finance team in Colorado. You will gather requirements, assist with testing, and help implement solutions that improve automation, accuracy, and compliance across financial reporting, planning, close, and reconciliation processes.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience supporting Oracle financial systems, including Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Fusion EPM, Oracle EBS Financials, Hyperion, or related Oracle technologies.
• Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle Fusion EPM experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, upgrades, enhancements, or ongoing administration preferred.
• Gathers business requirements, documents processes, supports testing activities, and troubleshoots system issues.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments, work independently and collaboratively, and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain working knowledge of Oracle EPM modules (FCCS, PBCS, ARCS, EDM).
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP modules (GL, Cash Management, A/P, A/R, FA, Projects, Expenses).
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for system enhancements and reporting needs.
• Assist with translating business requirements into system solutions and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and IT partners.
• Support prioritization and tracking of enhancements, issues, and change requests.
• Assist with testing, validation, and user acceptance testing; document issues and resolutions.
