Job summary

Aegistech is seeking a Lead, Software Development (Oracle EPM Developer) to manage Oracle EPM modules in a hybrid environment across multiple US locations. The role focuses on financial consolidation, planning, and reconciliations within the EPM suite.

Responsibilities include administering FCCS, PBCS, ARCS, and SmartView, collaborating with Corporate Controllers, FP&A, Treasury, and Tax. You will drive process improvements while ensuring SOX compliance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in finance systems or ERP reporting.
• Hands-on Oracle EPM PBCS/FCCS/ARCS experience.
• Experience with EPM SmartView and MS Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication with IT and finance partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Nice-to-know: EDMCS/EPCM, process automation, HFM, agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer FCCS, PBCS, ARCS, and related EPM modules.
• Support corporate finance teams across domestic and international units.
• Leverage automation and modern tools to improve reporting processes.
• Participate in M&A/divestiture projects and solution design.
• Ensure SOX compliance and data confidentiality; maintain documentation.
• Adapt to changing priorities and learn new systems as opportunities arise.
