Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an Oracle EPM EPBCS Consultant for an 18‑month contract in Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite). The role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle EPBCS solutions to enable robust financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and enterprise performance management processes.

Candidates should have 3–7 years of hands-on EPBCS/PBCS experience, Oracle Cloud EPM configuration, and strong FP&A knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle EPBCS / PBCS (Cloud EPM Planning).
• Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM configuration and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
• Experience implementing EPBCS modules including Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects, and Strategic Modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Oracle EPBCS solutions.
• Enable financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and enterprise performance management processes through Oracle Cloud EPM technologies.
