Job summary

NeueHealth seeks a dedicated Oracle Financials and EPM specialist to support ARCS, EPBCS, EDMCS, and related workflows across accounting, planning, and data management. You will collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, execute testing, and drive process improvements, system integrations, and data governance.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting, finance, information systems, or related business field required.
• 5 years of experience providing support for Oracle Financials, ERP, or Oracle Cloud applications.
• Experience supporting Oracle EPM Cloud applications with ARCS, EPBCS, EDMCS.
• 3 years of experience supporting Concur T&E platform preferred.
• Experience supporting Oracle EPM integrations with Oracle Financials and downstream systems.
• Solid understanding of SOX, HIPAA, and ITIL compliance.
• Deep functional and technical competency in Oracle Financials and Oracle EPM Cloud applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business financial stakeholders to understand analytics, accounting, reconciliation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and enterprise data management needs and deliver solutions.
• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Financials and Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including ARCS, EPBCS, and EDMCS.
• Support Oracle EPM processes including account reconciliations, planning and budgeting cycles, forecasting, reporting, and data governance.
• Lead and facilitate business analysis and requirements development, including eliciting, documenting, analyzing, and tracing requirements.
• Collaborate with product partners and IT teams to gather requirements for new systems, enhancements, integrations, and reports.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications with architects and engineers.
• Coordinate testing: test plans, cases, and UAT for enhancements and projects.
• Ensure data integrity and security across Oracle Financials and EPM implementations.
