Job summary

HDR, Inc. seeks an Accounting Systems Director to lead teams responsible for Oracle EPM and key ERP processes, driving continual improvement and system optimization across planning, consolidation, and reporting.

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of accounting/ERP experience.
CPA or CMA or CIA or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience leading large finance/accounting technology implementations.

Responsibilities

Oversee Oracle EPM applications and related ERP processes across planning, consolidation, and data management.
Lead teams, manage priorities, and drive continual process improvements using technology.
Ensure month-end processing quality, risk controls, and clear stakeholder communication.
Develop KPIs, establish procedures, and support changes with training and documentation.
Provide strategic guidance to align finance systems with business objectives.
