Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years in corporate accounting, ERP processing or related experience.
• Experience supervising managers of people.
• CPA/CMA/CIA or related designation, or master’s degree.
• Ability to balance strategy with execution and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams overseeing Oracle EPM applications and ERP close processes.
• Drive process improvements using technology and data across finance.
• Maintain KPIs and ensure accurate, timely financial data delivery.
