Job summary

Think Tank, Inc. in Washington DC seeks an Oracle EBS Technical Lead to architect and integrate EBS applications within the FMS‑NG ecosystem. You will drive API development, data interfaces, and performance improvements across hybrid environments in Washington DC.

You must have 10+ years of Oracle EBS experience, strong PL/SQL and API skills, plus familiarity with AWS and federal security standards (NIST 800‑53, FISMA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of Oracle EBS technical experience.
• Strong expertise in PL/SQL, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience with AWS-hosted applications.
• Knowledge of federal security frameworks (NIST 800-53, FISMA).

Responsibilities

• Design and manage system integrations (IPP, Treasury, Travel, G‑Invoicing, etc.).
• Develop and maintain APIs, interfaces, and custom applications.
• Lead patching, upgrades, and Oracle SR management.
• Troubleshoot data and interface issues across systems.
• Optimize system performance and reliability.
• Support deployment and release activities.
• Ensure compliance with NIST, FISMA, and security standards.
• Maintain documentation and technical artifacts.
