Job summary

Cognizant in Bridgewater, NJ seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a complex Oracle E-Business Suite upgrade from planning through deployment and stabilization. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, vendors, and stakeholder communications, coordinating business, functional, technical, security, and testing teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on PM experience with two full Oracle EBS upgrades or transformations, strong executive communication, and a proven track

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT project or program management experience in enterprise applications.
• Hands-on PM experience leading two full Oracle EBS upgrades or transformations.
• Experience managing ERP upgrades in multi-workstream environments.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and upgrade dependencies.
• Experience with SDLC, release management and IT change-control processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS upgrade from planning to production deployment and stabilisation.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, budget, milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across business, technical, security, and testing teams.
• Manage RAID logs, dependencies, issues, and change control processes.
• Oversee testing activities including UAT and performance testing.
• Lead cutover planning, Go/No-Go, deployment and post-production stabilisation.
• Coordinate with implementation partners, SI, Oracle support, and vendors.
• Provide executive reporting and risk assessments to leadership.
