Job Title: MD-Staff Implementation Analyst

Duration: Estimated 4–6 Month Engagement

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Remote

Travel: Minimal or as needed for project milestones

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced MD-Staff Implementation Analyst to support the implementation of a new provider credentialing system. This role will focus on the configuration, build, testing, and data conversion efforts from a legacy Symplr Provider platform to MD-Staff. The Analyst will work closely with the Credentialing & Qualifications Department, who will be actively trained on MD-Staff and provide workflow decisions and guidance throughout the build process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the configuration, setup, and testing of MD-Staff modules, including MD-App and Virtual Committee (if applicable)
  • Participate in the data migration from Symplr Provider to MD-Staff, ensuring accuracy and integrity
  • Collaborate with credentialing team staff and vendor representatives to align on workflows and system decisions
  • Provide ongoing documentation and progress updates on build and testing milestones
  • Assist with go-live planning and provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer
  • Coordinate and track testing scenarios, issues, and resolutions

Qualifications

  • Strong experience implementing or supporting MD-Staff
  • Familiarity with MD-App and Virtual Committee modules preferred
  • Previous experience with Symplr Provider or other legacy credentialing systems
  • Understanding of provider credentialing workflows and medical staff operations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned deliverables
