Job summary

SMX is seeking accomplished Associates to develop, customize, and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite applications. You will write PL/SQL scripts, configure modules, and troubleshoot issues while supporting business processes and data integration.

Required are strong SQL/PL-SQL skills, Oracle EBS expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements; a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years’ experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Active clearance or public trust based on sponsor.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, AME, with Oracle EBS; development tools and a strong understanding of the EBS architecture.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and OAF.
• Experience in iProcurement, Purchasing, CLM.
• Deep understanding of LOA configuration.
• Familiarity with Oracle 12.2.x schema and ability to create queries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and solution design.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience; postgraduate study may substitute for experience.
• Experience creating technical documentation.
• Oracle APEX experience (or similar report writer).

Responsibilities

• Development and customization: Design and develop custom applications, reports, extensions, and workflows within Oracle EBS to meet business needs.
• Integration: Build and maintain interfaces for data migration and integration with other systems, often using XML Publisher or APIs.
• Technical support: Provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis for the Oracle EBS environment.
• System administration: Perform system analysis, conduct upgrades, and ensure system performance, stability, and data integrity.
• Testing: Perform functional testing and debugging of RICE components.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for all development processes and solutions.
