Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Order Management Functional Lead to drive design, configuration, and continuous improvement across Customer Service, Pricing, Sales, and Marketing functions. The role includes leading CRP, SIT, and UAT and partnering with business and IT stakeholders.

You will mentor teams, work with technical colleagues on implementation, data conversion, and user acceptance testing, and contribute to data-driven decision making

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle EBS R12 Order Management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 Order Management configuration and implementation.
• Experience leading end-to-end Oracle implementations and rollouts.
• At least 5+ years of experience leading CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle EBS R12 Order Management solutions.
• Lead implementations and rollouts of Oracle EBS R12 Order Management and related modules.
• Mentor and support functional and technical team members.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate requirements into Oracle solutions.
• Drive process improvements across Customer Service, Pricing, Sales, and Marketing.
