Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 2 to drive Oracle EBS Order Management, Shipping, and related ERP customization initiatives in a US-based engagement. The role emphasizes requirements gathering, design, development, and integration across ERP modules.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, validate specifications, and ensure compliant, secure ERP solutions with documentation and user training. Willingness to travel/relocate may be required.

Competenze

• Implementation experience in Oracle EBS Order Management, and Oracle eBS Functional Shipping, Pricing, and Inventory modules.
• Understanding of the latest industry trends in EBS Order Management and Shipping related processes.
• Conceptual knowledge of P2P Cycle.
• Ability to translate requirements into fit-gap in Oracle EBS for the above modules.
• Ability to test and deploy custom solutions for Oracle EBS Order Management and Shipping modules.
• Ability to participate in functional testing and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed.
• Ability to coordinate with peripheral application teams.

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
• Lead super user training and support data conversions for Order Management data elements
