Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 2 to join our Oracle unit in the United States. You will participate in requirements gathering, help design ERP customization, and develop features across Oracle EBS modules to deliver robust solutions. You'll configure interfaces, run ETL processes, and ensure secure, compliant deployments.

You will document changes, train users, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client objectives and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in a related field or progressive experience in lieu of education.
• Experience implementing Oracle EBS modules: Order Management, Shipping, Inventory, and related processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into ERP solutions and enhancements.
• Ability to perform functional testing and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Willingness to relocate and travel within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications.
• Assist in solution architecture design by customizing ERP modules based on detailed requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability.
• Configure interfaces, execute ETL processes, and ensure data flow between ERP and other systems.
• Assess ERP performance and ensure customizations meet security and regulatory standards.
• Document ERP customizations and deliver user training for knowledge transfer.
