Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Package Consultant 2 to participate in requirements gathering, design and integration of Oracle EBS-based ERP solutions. You will drive customization, verify specifications, and ensure secure, compliant ERP deployments for global clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform system integration, document changes, and provide user training to enable effective knowledge transfer across business units.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle EBS solution, development and support.
• Experience in Supply Chain modules like Order Management, Purchasing and Sourcing.
• Experience in Oracle EBS Technical Application Development.
• Experience in Oracle EBS Functional Order Management.
• Experience in documenting Business Requirements Documents.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience with Oracle EBS solution, development and support.
• Experience in Supply Chain modules like Order Management, Purchasing and Sourcing.
• Experience in Oracle EBS Technical Application Development.
• Experience in Oracle EBS Functional Order Management.
• Experience in analyzing business and able to document the Business requirements document.
• Experience in Functional validation of the solution and tying it with the business requirements.
• Experience in designing and solution reviews on Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Knowledge on delivering and working with teams in an Agile environment.
• Ability to communicate complex solutions to diverse teams namely technical, business and management teams.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
