Job summary

Testing Xperts is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS consultant to join our Seattle, WA team. You will help define problems and drive the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle HRMS solutions for global clients.

The ideal candidate has 9+ years of hands-on Oracle HRMS experience, including R12, Core HR, Payroll, OIC, OAB, and OTL, plus strong business process consulting, architecture design, and deployment validation skills. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle HRMS R12, Oracle Core HR, Payroll, OIC, OAB, OTL.
• Experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture Design detailing of processes.
• Experience in Development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation and deployment.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Apps technical skills.
