Job summary

SonSoft is seeking an experienced QA/Testing professional to lead requirement specification and testing efforts across architecture, design, and deployment. The role emphasizes test strategy, design, and reporting in a global delivery context with onsite-offshore collaboration.

Candidates should have 4+ years in Oracle testing, automation tools, and test management, with travel flexibility and strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience creating requirement specifications from Architecture/Design detailing.
• 4+ years in development/configuration/solutions evaluation, validation and deployment.
• 4+ years capturing requirements for internal/external consulting and mapping current business processes.
• 4+ years of Oracle application testing.
• 4+ years of test strategy and test design.
• Experience in supply chain domain is an added advantage.
• 1-2 years in scripting languages or automation tools like OATS and Selenium.
• 4+ years with test management tools like HP Quality Center, test strategy, execution analysis & reporting.
• 4+ years of test execution analysis & reporting.
• 4+ years with Test Deliveries in onsite-offshore model and diverse stakeholder environment.
• Ability to work in a global delivery environment with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical and communication skills; planning and coordination; project management.
• Experience in management consulting environments requiring regular travel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to define and validate test strategies.
• Prepare test plans, execution analyses and detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate onsite and offshore delivery and manage diverse stakeholders.

Job Description

Preferred

• At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• At least 4 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment

• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
