Job summary

i360technologies is seeking a Senior Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financials Budget-to-Report (B2R) / P2R Administrator SME to support critical financial systems for a federal client. This on-site role requires five days per week in Gaithersburg, MD and involves collaborating with stakeholders, analysts, and testers throughout the project lifecycle.

You will design, configure, test, and deploy B2R functionality across GL, Federal Administrator, and Subledger Accounting, including G-Invoicing,

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Oracle Financials experience including Oracle EBS Federal Financials.
• Hands-on experience implementing B2R, budget execution, funds control, or federal accounting processes.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle GL, Federal Administrator, and Subledger Accounting in a R12 environment.
• Familiarity with federal budgeting processes, appropriations, continuing resolutions, reprogramming, and period close.
• Experience designing interfaces and participating in end-to-end integration testing.
• Experience with Oracle EBS G-Invoicing and Treasury integration.
• Experience with GL conversion, reconciliations, and proprietary/budgetary accounting.
• Experience drafting federal reports in Oracle EBS.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and configuration for Oracle EBS B2R capabilities across federal budgets and GL functionality.
• Support budget entry, distribution, and end-of-month closing activities.
• Translate accounting/regulatory requirements into functional designs and testable requirements.
• Create interfaces supporting budget, accounting, and reporting processes.
• Define GL mappings, reconciliation requirements, and data conversions.
• Coordinate across Payables, Receivables, Projects, interagency transactions, and other modules.
• Configure and test Oracle EBS G-Invoicing and Treasury integration.
• Plan and execute end-to-end testing, identify defects, and drive resolution.
• Support federal report design and implementation within Oracle EBS.
• Develop the B2R global model and deploy to agencies or components.
• Produce clear functional documentation for business and technical audiences.
• Work through all project phases with minimal supervision.
