Role

Oracle EBS Finance Business Analyst

Shift Time

Will work either in early morning shift (5:00 AM onwards), afternoon shift (1:00 PM onwards), or night shift (9:00 PM onwards) on a monthly rotation basis. Each shift is 9 hours with a 1-hour break and could be either Mon-Fri or Sat-Wed.

• Oracle General Ledger (GL), Oracle Payables (AP), Oracle Receivables (AR) – 6-10 years. Managed Support experience preferred.

Detailed Job Description

Oracle EBS Finance Functional Support Analyst.

Required Skills: Oracle EBS R12 Payables, Receivables, General Ledger. The candidate should have 7-10 years of Oracle EBS experience.

Remote Managed Functional Support in rotating shifts.

• Responsible for working on tickets assigned in our Ticketing System.
• Creates and monitors SRs with Oracle Support or Rimini Street for our customers.
• Collaborates with Customer Primaries to resolve customer issues following industry best practices.
• Utilizes My Oracle Support, Internal Knowledge Base, and past experience to troubleshoot issues.
• Follows SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) as required.

Mandatory Skills

Oracle General Ledger (GL), Oracle Payables (AP), Oracle Receivables (AR), Oracle Cash Management (CM), Oracle Fixed Assets (FA) – 5-8 years mainly in Support in Oracle EBS R12.

Other Desirable Skills

• Oracle Project Accounting (Project Billing & Costing), Oracle Property Manager, Oracle iExpense, Oracle iReceivables, Oracle Purchasing.

Additional Requirements

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Strong team player. Oracle Fusion Cloud experience is a plus.
