Business Insight Analyst III (Remote based in the US)

This position focuses on developing and delivering business performance reports to aid operational units in making objective decisions. The Business Insight Analyst III will perform data analysis, identify trends, and ensure data integrity, working with all management levels to determine reporting needs. The role involves communicating insights and recommendations to leadership, with possible oversight of Analyst I and II.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Deliver timely and accurate scheduled reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly), summarizing data for analysis.
2. Clarify report needs with clients, create and deliver analysis, audit data quality, and investigate anomalies.
3. Develop and deliver complex ad hoc reports, providing suggestions for analytics to ensure completeness and accuracy.
4. Learn new technologies and systems to improve reporting and analysis capabilities.
5. Serve as a resource and trainer for Analyst I and II.

• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Conifer requires vaccinations as permitted by law before employment. Compensation ranges from $73,632 to $117,728 annually, depending on location and experience.
